Expression of Interest (EOI) for Returning Players
3 Feb — 9 Feb (Monday, Week 2 to Sunday, Week 3, School Term 1)
Fill out the online form here between the dates above to register your interest in returning.
A $50 IceHQ insurance deposit is required to secure your place. This will be refunded if you are not placed on a team or if you withdraw before the cutoff date.
Detail Draft Teams Published (First Draft)
3 March (Monday, Week 6, School Term 3)
After current player EOI’s have been processed, players will be informed of their place in teams.
Players have 7 days to accept their place on the team so that we can move people off the waiting list faster.
Expression of Interest (EOI) for New Players
4 March (Tuesday, Week 6, School Term 3)
From this date, our EOIs are open for anyone wishing to join the lights.
We will notify you within one week of this date to offer you a place on a team. You will have one week to make your $50 deposit (which covers insurance) or decline the offer - in which case the plac will be offered to the next on the waitinglist.
IceHQ Schedule and Draft Teams Published (Final Draft)

Deadline to withdraw from the season
5 days after IceHQ schedule release
Players must request to withdraw from the season by this time if they choose not to play. After this point, those withdrawing will not receive their deposit back.

First Fee Payment Deadline to Confirm Place
13 April (Sunday of the 1st week of School Holidays)
Fee of $200 to be paid by this date to confirm place on a team.
Failure to make this payment on time may see you lose your spot in the team. Fortnightly payments can be arranged.
Season Commencement
First week of Term 2 - approximately 21 April (Exact date to be confirmed by IceHQ)
Second fee payment of $200 due
19 May (Sunday of Week 5, School Term 2)
Cut-off Date to Join Teams
6 July (Last Sunday of School Term 2)
Third fee payment of $TBC due
15 July
The final fee amount will vary depending on how much each team is charged to enter in the league, and the number of players in each team, but this will be under $200.
All fees (unless on a payment plan) must have been paid before returning to play in Term 3, 2025.
